Boulder build weekend W.16
2024-04-08 17:14Hello!!! Ready for another building weekend!
We meet (Week 16) to take down, wash and build new problems in LKK bouldering room!
Without all of us members the renewal of boulders is impossible. Please help us refresh our walls!!!
For all 3 days LKK offers Fika, lunch or dinner! When?
Week 16
Thursday 18th: 17.00 Demolition of routes begins.
Friday 19th: Washing of holds. 17.00 at Hangaren or 17.30 at OKQ8 skäggetorp
– This is the most critical day, please prioritize this day if you can 😀
-Car owners are very very very welcome on this day!!!!!!!
Saturday 20th: Building starts at 10 am onwards
Sunday 21:st: Competition, second part of the club championship
-People that have not taken our crash-course for route setting or want to upgrade to a higher level can fill in lower down (We will start with the courses around 10:30). The course is required to be allowed to build
Boulder area will be closed for climbing during the build weekend. Rope walls will be open as usual
Climbing Gear Workshop

* Test gear such as ropes, quickdraws and belay devices
* Discuss everything you want about gear

All members are welcome!
The meeting will start at 18:00 and will be held at the conference room in Hangaren (above the reception).
Questions and motions are to be sent to ordf@linkopingsklatterklubb.se three weeks or more before the meeting. Last day is 6/3.
One week before the meeting an agenda, motions and other attached documents will be posted on the webpage and in the climbing gym.
The nominating committee are looking for new members. Do you want to help LKK finding the next board ? Contact the committee at valberedning@linkopingsklatterklubb.se

On week 5 we’ll have the rope routesetting weekend!
Thursday 1st, 17.00: routes demolition
Friday 2nd: 17.00 from Hangaren or 17.30 at OKQ8 Skäggetorp holds washing.
Saturday 3rd: 10.00 routesetting (with training for new people)
Sunday 4th: 14-18 COMPETITION
Fika, lunch and dinner will be offered by the club!
No experience is needed

Construction in the boulder area
2023-12-15 22:12From 18/12 and for some weeks there will be construction work performed in the boulder area. One of the boulder walls will be rebuilt to fit a suprise for 2024.
Please respect the carpenter and the limitations in the boulder.

2023-12-03 19:42It is time for the last build weekend of the year and we are setting new problems in the boulder area
Schedule for the weekend :
Thursday 7/12: Teardown 16.30 ( To make sure we make it in time for the autumn meeting)
Friday 8/12: Washing of holds. Gather 17.00 at hangaren or 17.30 OKQ8 skäggetorp

Saturday 9/12: Building starts at 10
Sunday 10/12: Competition. Gather at 10 , competition starts at 11.00
The boulder area is closed for climbing during the build weekend and will be open once the competition is done
LKK will offer fika and food during all days of the build weekend.

IT’S ROUTESETTING AND COMP WEEK, CRUSHERS!
