Unfortunately, construction continues – limited climbing extends to week 7!
2026-02-08 14:00Time estimates for construction work continue to be a mystery to humanity.
Because of this, we unfortunately have to announce that construction work will continue in the climbing hall on Monday, February 9th.
This means that the hall is not available for climbing from 7 am to 4 pm between the dates of February 9th and 13th.
After 4 pm, it is okay to climb with the same restrictions as previous posts.
As the swedish saying goes “if you want to look good, you have to suffer pain” and soon we will reach our goal both in terms of beauty and safety.
Thank you for your consideration while the work is underway!
Construction – limited climbing extends to week 6!
2026-02-01 22:13Monday, February 2, construction work will continue in the climbing center.
This means that the hall will not be available for climbing between 7 am and 4 pm between the dates of February 2 – 6.
After 4 pm, climbing is possible with the same restrictions as previous posts.
The work being carried out is supplementary fire protection for walls and ceilings.
This week we will also continue work with the heating issues for the climbing center.
Thank you for your consideration while the work is underway!
ATTENTION – Construction – limited climbing week 5!
2026-01-20 20:20Monday, January 26th, complementary construction work because of the renovation will begin.
This means that the hall will not be available for climbing from 7 am to 4 pm between the dates of January 26th – 30th.
After 4 pm, climbing is possible with certain restrictions:
The gym and entrance will be empty and will be kept empty during the days that the construction work is underway.
Our hope is that the work will be completed by Friday, January 30th, but there is a risk that the work may spill over into the following week.
Thank you for your consideration while the work is underway!

Approximate schedule:
- November 27 – Dismantle the gate and remove routes. 5 PM – around 8 PM.
- November 28 – Wash holds (we’ll need a couple of cars too). 5 PM – around 8 PM.
- November 29 – Set routes + mount the gate. 10 AM – around 8 PM.
- November 30 – Competition!
We’ll try to put up volumes on ropes 1–3 or 4, so we’ll likely remove all routes there. If any Level 3 setters want to bolt some volumes while the rest of us are washing, there will be a lift available!
Everyone is welcome! Training for new setters and a short intro for anyone who hasn’t built on the new walls is required and will take place at the start of the building day.
As usual, we’ll provide fika/lunch/dinner for everyone who helps out.
Please note: the rope walls will be closed for climbing during these times.

Build weekend rope W.41
2025-09-24 19:05The first rope route building weekend is approaching—it’s high time to add some more routes! We’re planning a proper first building weekend with construction on Friday evening, all day Saturday AND all day Sunday. No tearing down, no (maybe a little) cleaning—just route setting! We’ll ask you to focus on adding more of the grades we currently have the fewest of, so we’re looking for several 5s, and maybe one or two around 7b+–7c. Another request is to add routes to ropes that currently only have one route.
Dates, times, and schedule as follows:
Friday 10/10 Start at 17:00 – Training for new route setters at 17:00/17:15, and then we’ll continue until 20:00. If you want to build on Friday and haven’t built before, expect to continue on Saturday 🙂 We’ll tidy up properly before heading home since the “try climbing” session will be in the hangar at 10:00 the next day.
Saturday 11/10 Start at 11:00 with training until 12:00, and limited/no building until 12:00 (due to the “try climbing” session happening at the same time). During this time, we can also sort holds and flatten banana boxes. We’ll continue building until 20:00.
Sunday 12/10 Start at 10:00, training for new route setters if needed before 10:30. On the final day, we aim to finish by 18:00.
We’ll provide snacks, lunch, and/or dinner each day as usual. If you want to come by but not build, you’re welcome to help fold banana boxes, sort holds from boxes into plastic bins, and help tidy up the hold storage a bit.
The bouldering area will be open for climbing as usual during the building weekend, but the rope walls will be closed for climbing until the weekend is over.
Grand opening of the climbing gym 14/9
2025-09-08 19:23Sunday, September 14th, we’re finally inaugurating our renovated climbing gym (even though it’s been open for climbing for a while).
Starting from 5 PM onwards, there will be various activities and competitions where you can win prizes. Members without a training card get free entry for the evening, and non-members pay the regular entrance fee at the reception.
You’re warmly welcome to help us celebrate the reopening of our climbing gym
